摘要 某惯测装置作为批生产的重要设备,随着订单数量增加,急需提高自身生产效率,解决人员配置不足等问题。针对某惯测装置装配调试工艺流程进行深入分析,建立智能化生产线实现自动监测,达到保质提效目的,并保证产品按时产出。 As an important equipment for batch production,an inertial test device urgently needs to improve its own production efficiency and solve the problem of insufficient staffing as the number of orders increases. In-depth analysis of the assembly and debugging process of a certain inertial test device, the establishment of an intelligent production line to achieve automatic monitoring, to achieve quality and efficiency, and to ensure that products are produced on time.
