An Architecture for Cyborg Super-Society

从社会的角度探讨了赛博格主义中对开放未来、反人文主义的敏感性,并从由技术所引发的社交动态转型中,找寻人类身份与生活方式正在进行着的历史性的转型根源。语言的进化,以及后来的书写系统,被认为是人类生产力合作和文化进化的重要动力,对人类集体自我改造同样至关重要的还有不断进化的人工环境建设。这些建筑环境不仅可以在物理上作为秩序通道,还可以作为信息丰富的空间视觉语言。

This paper embraces the future-open, anti-humanist sensibility of cyborgism from a societal perspective and locates the origin of the ongoing historical transformation of human identities and ways of life in the technologyinduced transformation of societal communication dynamics. The evolution of language, and later of writing systems, are identified as crucial empowering engines of human productive cooperation and cultural evolution. Equally crucial for collective human self-transformation is the ever evolving construction of artificial environments. These built environments do not only function as physical ordering channels but also operate as information-rich spatio-visual languages.
