设计结合建造——我国建筑运作模式的“并行化”操作研究

Design in Combination with Construction A Study on “Parallelization” of Architectural Operation Mode in China

在设计与建造分离、信息传递依然依靠图纸媒介的背景下,我国目前的建筑运作模式呈现为一种串行方式,以致引起了设计-建造-修改设计-重新建造的循环,进而导致工程周期较长及建造品质低下等问题。为改革及避免以上问题的发生,提出建筑运作"并行化"方式,阐述了构建并行化操作的3个要素,并提出了执行并行化运作的具体操作过程。

Under the background of separation between design and construction and reliance of information transmission on printed media, the current building operation mode in China is a serial process which causes the cycle of designconstruction- modification-reconstruction, contributing to a longer construction period and lower quality. In order to solute problems above, the paper contends for the mode of “parallelization” in operation, explicating three elements of constructing such mode with specific guidelines for operative processes.
