摘要
血液病中医标准化,不仅有利于临床医师、科研人员规范应用,方便学术交流,更有利于与国际接轨。基于此,本文制定了髓毒劳(骨髓增生异常综合征)中医临床实践指南,涵盖髓毒劳(骨髓增生异常综合征)的中医病名、中医辨证分型、中医预后积分、中医辨证使用中药、中医疗效评价方法、口服含雄黄中药制剂的安全性标准以及应急预案等。
The standardization of traditional Chinese medicine in hematopoietic diseases is helpful not only for clinicians and researchers in clinical application, but also for international academic exchange. This article showed the guideline of clinical practice for Suidulao (myelodysplastic syndrome), which coverd the names, syndrome differentiation, prognostic scores, therapy, and TCM efficacy evaluation. Besides, the relationship among the dose-efficacy-mechanism-events of Xionghuang (Realgar) and emergency plans for the patients treated orally with Xionghuang-containing Chinese medicine compound.
