习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想内具显著中国性与鲜明世界性的价值特质,推动其国际传播既有可能也有必要。习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想国际传播有着特定的时代背景和时代要求,需要客观分析。这一思想国际传播也面临不少障碍。首先,不少国际传播主体还未能形成话语自觉、使命担当意识较弱;其次,对外话语体系尚未有效构建,制约了这一思想国际传播吸引力、影响力的提升;再次,国际传播的信息碎片化倾向、文化环境差异、跨文化传播中的语言符号因素,容易导致海外民众误读这一思想内容;最后,西方发达国家凭借雄厚的硬实力掌握全球信息传播主导权、中西方意识形态本身的差异性,给这一思想国际传播带来巨大外部挑战。要通过构建国际传播主体养成机制、对外话语体系、海外民众误读风险应对机制、硬实力支撑机制,推动习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想国际有效传播。

Xi Jinping's socialism with Chinese characteristics in the New Era has significant value of Chinese character and distinctive value of the world.It is both possible and necessary to promote its international communication.Xi Jinping s Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in The New Era has a specific time background and requirements of the times and requires objective analysis.This international communication of ideas also faces many obstacles.First of all,many international communication subjects have not yet formed a discourse conscious.Second,the foreign discourse system has not been effectively constructed.Thirdly,factors such as the tendency of information dissemination in international communication are likely to cause overseas people to misread this ideological content.Fin ally,Western developed countries have mastered the global information dissemination dominance and the differences between Chinese and Western ideologies by virtue of their solid hard power,which brings great external challenges to the international communication of this idea.We must promote the international and effective dissemination of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the New Era by constructing an international communication subject cultivation mechanism,a foreign discourse system,a misunderstanding response mechanisms,and a support mechanism for hard power.
