遵循共商共建共享原则 建设法治化的“一带一路”

Legal Construction of the "Belt and Road" Initiative under the Principle of Negotiation, Joint Construction and Sharing

“一带一路”具有历史、地理和法治的内涵,必须以法治作保障。如果没有法治保障,“一带一路”不可能行稳致远,因此建设“一带一路”实质上是建设法治之路。要建设法治化的“一带一路”必须遵循共商共建共享原则,运用法治思维和法治方式,制定共同性规则,公平合理地协调各方利益,有效防范法律风险。

The " Belt and Road" Initiative concerns history,geography and law,and must be guaranteed by law. Without legal guarantee,the " Belt and Road" initiative cannot be carried out smoothly. In essence,the " Belt and Road" construction is legal construction,which must follow the principle of negotiation,joint construction and sharing. Common rules must be made under the guidance of the rule of law to coordinate benefits of all parties and to prevent legal risks.
