虚拟现实技术在乳腺癌患者康复管理中的应用研究进展

Research progress of virtual reality technology in the rehabilitation management of breast cancer patients

对当前虚拟现实技术在乳腺癌患者康复管理中的应用进行概述,及其对患者康复管理中产生的影响,主要涉及:改善心理状态,减少焦虑的发生;降低癌因性疲乏的发生率;减轻疼痛,提高生活质量;提高患者依从性,有效促进机体功能恢复;增加患者对疾病知识的知晓率。指出目前国内虚拟现实的研究处于起步阶段,虚拟情境干预方式种类相对较少,在未来的发展中,应在增加虚拟情境的基础上,完善康复训练的评价标准。

This paper summarizes the application of virtual reality technology in rehabilitation management of breast cancer patients,and its impact on rehabilitation management of breast cancer patients.It mainly involves:improving psychological status,reducing anxiety;reducing the incidence of cancer-related fatigue;reducing pain,improving quality of life;improving patient compliance,effectively promoting the recovery of body function;increasing patients'knowledge of disease awareness rate.It is pointed out that the research of virtual reality in China is at the initial stage,and the types of virtual situation intervention are relatively few.In the future development,the evaluation criteria of rehabilitation training should be improved on the basis of adding virtual situation.
