护理人员职业紧张已成为全球问题,近年来受到越来越多的关注,本文综述了护理人员职业紧张的现状,职业紧张对护士生理、心理及个体行为等方面影响,综合归纳了影响护理人员职业紧张的主要因素,从人口学特征分析、应对方式等心理学影响因素、积极心理学的角度探讨了护理人员职业紧张的干预要点,以期为护理人员职业紧张干预提供参考。

Nurses'occupational stress has got more and more attention in recent years.This article summarizes the status of occupational stress in nursing staff,and its impact on the physical,mental health,and individual behavior of the nurse.Also it reviews the main factors influencing the nurses'occupational stress.Then,from the analysis of demographic characteristics,coping strategies and other psychological factors,and positive psychology,it discuss the key points of intervention methods of nurses'occupational stress,so as to provide suggestions to the intervention work of occupational stress in nursing staff.
