摘要
霍乱仍在许多国家流行,是重大的公共卫生问题.霍乱疫苗是预防和控制霍乱的主要手段之一.口服霍乱活疫苗CVD103-HgR为基因修饰的减毒株,此文将近年来口服霍乱活疫苗CVD103-HgR的免疫应答、保护效果及安全性等研究进展进行综述.
Cholera is epidemic in many countries,and is a major public health problem.Cholera vaccine is one of the main tools for prevention and control of cholera.Oral cholera vaccine CVD103-HgR contains geneengineered live strain.The advances on immune response,protective effect and safety of oral cholera vaccine CVD103-HgR in recent years are summerized in this review.
