摘要
环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)是一种特殊的内源性非编码RNA(non-codingRNA,ncRNA),结构保守,序列稳定。circRNA与肿瘤密切相关,影响肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭和凋亡,有望成为一种新型生物标志物及临床治疗靶点°本文就circRNA在肝细胞肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)中的最新研究进展作一综述,以期为HCC临床诊疗及发病机制研究提供新的思路。
Objective: Circular RNA (circRNA) is a special type of endogenous non-coding RNA ( ncRNA) with a conservative structure and conserved sequences. It plays a crucial role in malignancies by affecting the proliferation, apoptosis and invasive capacity of tumor cells. Therefore, circRNA is expected to become a novel biomarker for individualized clinical therapies for tumors. This article reviews the latest study progress of circRNA in hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC), aiming to provide new ideas of the pathogenesis and diagnosis of HCC for clinicians.
