单一切口髓内钉内固定治疗漂浮膝的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨单一切口髓内钉内固定治疗漂浮膝的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2015-07—2018-04收治的漂浮膝8例,均采用单一切口顺行胫骨髓内钉,逆行股骨髓内钉内固定治疗,记录患者年龄,骨折分型(Fraser分型),手术总时间、术中出血量,术后3个月进行Karlstrom评分,Karlstrom评分优良率。结果全部患者均获骨性愈合,手术时间(105.6±12.8)min,术中出血量(80.6±21.4)ml,术后住院时间(8.0±2.1)d,1例切口感染经换药治愈。术后3个月膝关节Karlstrom评分:优4例,良3例,可1例。结论采用单一切口交锁髓内钉内固定治疗漂浮膝具有损伤小、恢复快等优点,是一种有效的治疗漂浮膝的方法。
