摘要
目的了解规范化培训住院医师的抑郁症状存在情况,并分析其抑郁与工作倦怠的相互关系及影响因素。方法采用包含人口学特征、Maslach倦怠量表、SDS抑郁症自评量表的问卷对712名住院医师进行调查,应用描述性统计方法、χ~2检验、逻辑回归等方法进行数据处理。结果在规范化培训住院医师该群体中存在较高的抑郁症状发生率。住院医师抑郁症状存在的主要影响因素包括经历规培年限、是否轮班、工作中的焦虑程度以及工作倦怠程度。结论低规培年限、参与轮班、在工作中表现焦虑、存在工作倦怠的住院医师有更高的风险患抑郁症状。
Objective To investigate the depression symptoms of standardized training residents,and analyze the relationship between depression and job burnout and its influencing factors.Methods Seven hundred and twelve residents were surveyed by demographic characteristics,Maslach burnout scale and SDS depression self-rating scale,and the data were processed by descriptive statistical analysis,chi-square test and Logistic regression.Results There was a high incidence of depressive symptoms in the group of standardized training residents.The main influencing factors of depressive symptoms in hospital residents included the length of experience,the number of years of shift,the degree of anxiety at work,and the degree of job burnout.Conclusion Residents with low-grade training years,participating in shifts,showing anxiety at work,and having job burnout have a higher risk of depressive symptoms.
