利用红外热成像仪监测热风炉炉皮温度的技术开发与应用

摘要 国内某大型高炉热风系统热风炉炉皮热状态的监测情况为例,提出了利用红外热成像技术,对热风炉炉皮的热状态进行监测的方法,并成功开发出对热风炉炉皮热状态的监测系统。 Taking the monitoring of the surface thermal state of the hot stove in a large blast furnace in China as an example, a method of monitoring the surface thermal state of the hot stove by using infrared thermal imaging technology was put forward, and a monitoring system was successfully developed.
