摘要
过对导轨钢生产过程中开卷塔形和成品带钢粗糙度不合格的问题进行分析.提出了降低开卷张力、开卷速度和工作辐表面原始粗糙度等措施,使由开卷塔形导致开卷机非正常开卷比例由24%降至12%,成品带钢的表面粗糙度不合格率由32%降低至0%.
Through the analysis of the telescoped coil defect generated in the uncoiling process during the guide rail steel strip production and the unqualified roughness of the finished strip, the measures of reducing the uncoiling tension, the uncoiling speed and the initial roughness of the work roll surface were put forward , so that the abnormal uncoiling ratio caused by the telescoped coil defect was reduced from 24% to 12%, and the unqualified rate of the surface roughness of the finished strip was reduced from 32% to 0%.
