摘要
阐述了热轧水处理系统高速过滤器反洗水处理工艺,通过典型案例的分析发现热轧水处理系统高速过滤器反洗水处理工艺运行过程中存在平流沉淀池、反洗水调节池和污泥浓缩池积泥、热轧浊环水水质超标和板框压滤机出泥率低等缺陷,通过采取工艺优化措施.热轧水处理系统高速过滤器处理后热轧浊环水水质明显提高,出泥量增加,系统运行效果良好。
This paper expounded the high-pressure filter backwashing treatment process of hot -milled water treatment systems. According to some typical cases analysis, the operational defects, including horizontal sedimentation tank, backwash water regulating pool, sludge accumulation in sludge concentration tank , water quality of turbid ring water in hot rolling above the standart and low mud outlet fitration of plate -frame press filter, were existed in the backwash water treatment process of hot- rolling water treatment system. With the optimized process, the quality of hot-rolled trubid ring water was obviously improved and sludge discharge was increased. The results showed that new systems worked well.
