摘要
利用MCNP法对HPGe探测器探测效率进行了模拟研究。实验选用^152Eu/^37Cs和^60Co。标准源对HPGe探测器的探测效率进行刻度,并对模拟值和实验值进行了比较讨论。结果表明:与Geant4模拟结果相比,MCNP对HPGe探测器的模拟探测效率更能与实际探测效率吻合。此实验结果可为高性能HPGe探测器的设计与研发提供参考。
In this work, the efficiencies of High-Purity Germanium ( HPGe) detector were simulated by MCNP method. Meanwhile, in order to perform a comparison between simulated and measured results, the detection efficiencies were experimentally calibrated by ^152Eu,^137 Cs and ^60Co standard γ sources. The results show: The simulated detection efficiency of MCNP for HPGe detector is more consistent with the actual detection efficiency than that of Geant4. This result will provide an important reference for developing high?performance HPGe in our factory.
