摘要
介绍了用模糊层次分析法评估核电数字化分布式仪控系统研发进度风险。该方法以改善核电数字化分布式仪控系统研发进度风险管理为目标,制定出具体的风险管理预案,综合运用沙盘推演、调査问卷、专家打分法和模糊层次分析法等项目管理方法,对进度风险进行了识别、分析与控制。
To improve the schedule risk management of digitial NPP DCS development and make specific risk management plan, the subject investigated of this thesis is the schedule risk management of digitial NPP DCS development. The integrated methods of questionnaire, sandbox analysis, expert scoring and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process ( FAHP) are adopted in this thesis to identify, analyse and control the schedule risk of the development project.
