区域人口健康信息化顶层设计总体框架研究

Research on the Overall Framework of Top-level Design of Regional Population and Health Information

我国人口健康信息化建设逐渐进入系统及数据的全面整合阶段,以区域为单位的人口健康信息共享平台成为各地人口健康信息化的建设重点,迫切需要搭建顶层设计,以期从全局的角度指导区域信息化的进一步发展完善。以北京市朝阳区为例,探讨区域人口健康信息化顶层设计总体框架。

The construction of population and health informatization in our country gradually entered the stage of system and data integration. Health information exchange platform based on region has become the focus of population and health informatization construction. It is urgent to set up the top-level design in order to hold a comprehensive perspective on guiding the further development and perfection of regional population and health informatization. This paper takes Chaoyang District of Beijing as an example to discuss the overall framework of top-level design of regional population and health information.
