摘要
为满足人民群众日益增长的医疗卫生健康需求,有效解决"看病难""流程繁""效率低"等问题,苏州市以"互联网+"思维,构建了区域移动医疗服务平台,实现医疗资源查询、预约挂号、掌上支付、排队叫号、扫码取药、报告查询等功能,打造覆盖诊前、诊中、诊后全流程的医疗服务产品。以"健康苏州掌上行"为案例,阐述区域移动医疗服务平台的设计与实现。
In order to meet the increasing need of medical treatment, solve the problems of "hard to access to medical service" "process complexity" "low efficiency" and so on, Suzhou has built a regional mobile medical service platform with "Internet +" thinking to realize medical resources inquiry, online registration, palmtop payment, queuing up, sweep code to take medicine, query report and other functions, to create medical service products covering the whole process before, during and after diagnosis. Based on the case of " Intelligent medical platform of healthy Suzhou", this paper expounds the design and implementation of the regional mobile medical service platform.
