区域人口健康信息化顶层设计与推进举措研究

Research on the Top Design and Promotion of Regional Population Health Information

以北京市朝阳区在深化医药卫生体制改革和完善生育政策新时期对区域人口健康信息化顶层设计的探索为例,分析了顶层设计的必要性与现状,结合北京市朝阳区的人口健康信息化发展现状,提出健康信息化顶层设计推进的原则、过程以及重要任务与重点工程,为今后区域人口健康信息化建设提供参考。

Taking the exploration of top design of regional population health information in the new era of deepening medical and health system reform and perfecting fertility policy in Chaoyang District of Beijing as an example, the necessity and current status of top design are analyzed. Combining the population health informatization development status, we put forward the principle, process and important tasks and key projects of health informatization top design advance, in order to provide references for the future regional population health information construction.
