基于医院信息集成平台的急诊管理信息系统建设

The Construction of Emergency Management Information System Based on Hospital Information Integration Platform

目的:解决无锡市人民医院急诊科对医嘱闭环、电子病历、质控和科研的信息化发展需求。方法:在无锡市人民医院现有急诊系统及医院信息集成平台的基础上,建设一套高效的急诊管理信息系统。结果:急诊管理信息系统规范和优化了急诊临床工作流程,实现了急诊信息全流程管理。结论:通过医院集成平台简化了急诊管理信息系统与其他医院主要系统的对接,提高了医院数据的共享性,实现了院内分诊、接诊、抢救、留观工作流程一体化、信息化、网络化和移动化,提高了急诊科的工作效率和管理水平。

Objective: To solve the informatization development needs of the emergency department in hospital for the closed loop of doctor's advice, electronic medical records, quality control and scientific research. Methods: Based on the existing emergency system and hospital information integration platform in hospital, an efficient emergency management information system was established. Results: The emergency management information system standardizes and optimizes the emergency clinical workflow, and realizes the complete flow management of emergency information. Conclusion: The hospital integrated platform simplifies the connection between the emergency management information system and other major hospital systems, improves the sharing of hospital data, and achieves the integration, information, network and mobility of the workflow in the triage, clinical reception, rescue and observation. It has improved the efficiency and management level of the emergency department.
