摘要
目的:以RBRVS理念为基础,建立一套按劳分配的绩效奖金分配体系。方法:采用PowerBuilder 9.0为开发工具,Oracle 11.2g为数据库,实现与医院HIS对接,通过系统核算出各核算单元最终奖金。结果:建立了以RBRVS理念为基础的绩效核算系统,以工作强度、工作难度、工作量及成本比为核心的绩效奖金分配模式,体现了医务人员的劳动价值。结论:基于RBRVS理念的绩效系统与医院的信息建设水平密切相关,这一设计思路为以后更好的核算理念打下基础。
Objective: To establish a performance bonus distribution system of distribution according to work based on RBRVS concept. Methods: PowerBuilder 9.0 is used as the development tool and Oracle 11.2g is used as the database to realize the docking with HIS in hospital. The final bonus of each accounting unit is calculated through the system. Results: A performance accounting system based on RBRVS concept is established. The distribution mode of performance bonus centered on work intensity, work difficulty, workload and cost ratio reflects the labor value of medical staffs. Conclusion: The performance system based on RBRVS concept is closely related to the level of hospital information construction. This design idea lays a foundation for better accounting concept in the future.
