基于根本原因分析法的护理措施对胸腔镜非小细胞肺癌手术并发症的影响

The Effect of Nursing for Thoracoscope Operative Patients with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Complications Based on Root Cause Analysis

目的:分析基于根本原因分析法的护理措施对胸腔镜非小细胞肺癌手术并发症的影响。方法:选取胸腔镜非小细胞肺癌手术患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用基于根本原因分析法的护理措施。结果:与对照组比较,研究组并发症发生率明显降低,住院费用明显减少,住院时间明显缩短,P<0.05。结论:基于根本原因分析法的护理措施有助于明显降低胸腔镜非小细胞肺癌手术并发症的风险,缩短住院时间,减少医疗经济负担,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To study the effect on complications of root cause analysis based nursing for thoracoscope operative patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: 80 cases of thoracoscope operative patients with non-small cell lung cancer were selected, all patients were divided into two groups randomly, each for 40 cases. The control group were given conventional nursing, the study group were given root cause analysis based nursing. Results: Compared with the control group, the complication rate of study group was significantly lower, the hospitalization expenses was significantly less, the hospital length of stay was significantly shorter, P <0.05.Conclusion: The root cause analysis based nursing helps to decrease the risk of complications for thoracoscope operative patients with non-small cell lung cancer, shorten hospital length of stay, reduce medical economic burden, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
