摘要
目的:在医改新形势和互联网+模式应用的大背景下,探索儿科医联体建设模式和推广应用。方法:利用三级甲等医院的资源优势,建立以其为核心的儿科医联体辐射周边市县,整合集中优质医疗资源移植至线上互联网平台,构建"互联网+医联体"新模式,通过系统展示、线上交流、远程会诊、双向转诊、远程教学、数据共享在内的六大功能统一推动优质医疗资源共享和下沉。结果:互联网+医联体平台建设实施以来,有效提高了其他地市儿科门急诊量,改变了湖南省儿童医院疾病谱结构,提升了复杂疑难疾病住院患儿在收治比例、CD型病例占比,且四类手术比例也出现了上升趋势。结论:互联网+医联体"新模式充分整合了线下、线上资源,为分级诊疗提供了有力支持,收到了患者得实惠、基层得提升、医院得发展的多赢效果,值得推广。
Objective: To explore the construction mode, promotion and application of pediatric medical treatment alliance in the context of the new situation of health care reform and the application of Internet+ mode. Methods: Taking advantage of the resources of Class III Grade A hospitals, the pediatric medical treatment alliance centered on them is set up to drive surrounding cities and counties, high-quality medical resources are integrated and moved to the online Internet platform, and a new mode of "Internet+medical treatment alliance" is constructed. Through system display, online communication, remote consultation, two-way referral, remote teaching and data sharing, the sharing and sinking of high-quality medical resources are promoted. Results: Since the implementation of the construction of Internet+medical treatment alliance platform, the number of pediatric outpatient and emergency visits in other cities has been effectively increased, the disease spectrum structure of Hunan Children's Hospital has been changed, the proportion of hospitalized children with complex and difficult diseases has been increased, and the proportion of CD cases and four kinds of operations have also been increased. Conclusion: The new mode of Internet+medical treatment alliance fully integrates offline and online resources, and provides strong support to hierarchical diagnosis and treatment. The win-win results of patients' benefits, improvement of primary hospital and hospital development are obtained. It is worthy of promotion.
