目的:随着医院信息化的深入发展,临床路径流程借助信息化平台实现规范管理。方法:在住院医生站设置临床路径管理流程,依托住院医生站信息平台,完成医院信息系统与临床路径的无缝对接。结果:实现临床路径在住院医生站中的规范化管理功能。结论:平台的建立实现了真正意义上的临床路径管理,规范了临床就诊秩序,达到合理化指导临床使用医疗资源、减少患者经济负担的目的。

Objective: With the further development of hospital informatization, the clinical path process realizes standardized management with the help of information platform. Methods: Set up the clinical path management flow in the in-patient station, rely on the resident station information platform, complete the seamless docking between the hospital information system and the clinical path. Results: Realization of standardized Management function of Clinical Pathway in resident Station. Conclusion: The establishment of the platform realizes the management of clinical path in real sense, standardizes the order of clinical visits, and achieves the aim of rationalizing the use of medical resources and reducing the economic burden of patients.
