蓖麻油改性水性聚氨酯的制备及表征

Preparation and properties of waterborne polyurethane based on castor-oil

以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG,Mn=2000)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为基础原料,利用蓖麻油(C.0)作为改性剂,制备蓖麻油改性水性聚氨酯(CWPU)。检测不同用量的C.O对CWPU胶膜疏水性、机械性能的影响。研究表明:当C.O用量为4%时,CWPU胶膜的综合性能较好,胶膜水接触角较大,吸水率较低,拉伸强度较高。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)及X射线衍射(XRD)分别表征了聚合物的结构和胶膜的结晶性能,结果表明CWPU已成功制得,C.O的引入使得CWPU胶膜的结晶性下降。原子力显微镜(AFM)分析表明CWPU胶膜的微相分离程度降低。

An unmodified waterborne polyurethane was synthesized in which isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI),polyethylene tetrahydrofuran (PTMG,Mn = 2000),1,4-butanediol (BDO) and dihydroxy methyl propionic acid (DMPA) were used as raw materials,C.0 as a cross-linking agent was used to synthesize a series of cross-linked castor oil-based polyurethane (CWPU).The influence of the C.0 content on the properties of CWPU film about hydrophobic and mechanical properties were measured.Results show that when the content of C.0 is 4%,CWPU film shows better comprehensive performance.Its water contact angle is bigger,water absorption is smaller and its tensile strength is bigger.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to characterize the structure and crystalline properties of the polymer films.The results confirm that the CWPU has been successfully synthesized,the crystallinity of CFWPU film decreases,atomic force microscope (AFM) shows that the degree of micro-phase separation reduces.
