XE-5000网织红细胞参数在缺铁性贫血和地中海贫血的临床应用

The Clinical application of XE-5000 reticulocyte parameters between iron deficiency anemia and thalassa nemia anemia

目的:探讨网织红细胞(reticulocyte,Ret)参数在缺铁性贫血(iron deficiency anemia,IDA)和地中海贫血中的临床价值。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年10月90例缺铁性贫血患者、80例地中海贫血患者及60例健康体检者作为研究对象,采用Sysmex-XE5000全自动血细胞分析仪检测研究对象网织红细胞百分率(RET%)、网织红细胞绝对值(RET%)、未成熟网织红细胞比率(IRF)、低荧光强度网织红细胞百分率(LFR%)、中荧光强度网织红细胞百分率(MFR%)、高荧光强度网织红细胞百分率(HFR%)和网织红细胞血红蛋白含量(Ret-He)七项指标。结果:IDA组和地贫组的RET%、RET#、IRF%、MFR%、HFR%显著高于健康对照组,HGB、LFR%和Ret-He则明确显著低于对照组,且两组之间RET%、RET#、IRF%、MFR%、HFR%、LFR%和Ret-He相比也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:网织红细胞多项参数可作为临床上辅助诊断IDA和地中海贫血的良好指标。

Objective: To investigate the clinical value of reticulocyte parameters between iron deficiency anemia and thalassanemia anemia. Methods: 90 patients with iron deficiency anemiae,80 patients with thalassanemia anemia and 60 healthy controls from January 2016 to October 2017 were selected for this study. The percentage of reticulocytes (RET%).absolute reticulocyte (RET#), immature reticulocyte fraction (IRF), low fluorescence in tensity reticulocyte (LFR%), the fluorescence intensity reticulocyte (MFR%), high fluoresce nce intensity reticulocyte (HFR) and reticulocyte hemoglobin content (Ret-He) were detected by Sysmex-XE5000 automated hematology analyzer. Results: The IDA group and the thalassanemia group showed significantly higher RET%, RET #, IRF%, MFR% and HFR% than the healthy control group, while HGB, LFR% and ret-he were definitely significantly lower than the control group, and there were also significant differences between the two groups in RET%, RET #, IRF%, MFR%, HFR%, LFR% and RET-He. Conclusion: The multiple parameters of reticulocyte can be used as a good indicator for screening and differentiation of IDA and thalassemia clinically.
