ELISA与混样NAT平行检测在单采血小板样本病毒感染检测中的价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究ELISA与混样NAT平行检测在单采血小板样本病毒感染检测中的价值。方法:选取来自健康献血者的章采血小板样本5864例,同步进行ELISA双试剂和8人份混样NAT检测,ELISA单试剂阳性样本和单双试剂灰区样本双孔复查;NAT混检阳性pool第二天进行拆分鉴别,最终结果采用SPASS19.0软件进行统计学分析,比较两种检测方法优劣势。结果:5864例单采血小板样本ELISA检测阳性率为1.65%,NAT检测阳性率为0.90%,ELISA与混样NAT平行检测具有明显关联性(P<0.05),且EL1SA阳性检出率优势显著(P<0.05);44例EL1SA双试剂阳性样本中NAT阳性26例(59.09%),53例ELISA单试剂阳性样本中NAT阳性2例(3.77%),两组阳性皋差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);53例NAT阳性样本鉴别检查结果显示,ELISA阳性样本鉴别阳性率高于ELISA阴性样本,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:ELISA和NAT检测均存在一定局限性,两种方法相互补充,联合用于单釆血小板样本筛查,可降低病毒感染低假阴性,增加临床用血安全。
