公共艺术:实现城乡新生活的助推剂

The Public Art: A Booster for A New Life in Urban and Rural Areas

中国特色社会主义进入新时代,党中央提出了乡村振兴战略,致力于解决"三农"问题,城市更新也成为实现解决城乡发展问题的重要抓手。本文作者以在担任第三届中国设计大展及公关艺术专题展——"城乡营造"板块策展人的策展思路为线索,通过比较分析国内艺术家、建筑师以及高校师生团队等参与城市更新与乡村改造的案例,挖掘公共艺术在城乡融合的过程中所扮演的角色和作用,并试图探索公共艺术提升城乡美好生活环境和生活方式的新手段。

As the Socialism with Chinese Characteristics entering the new age, the Party Central Committee proposes a strategy for rural development dedicating to the Three Rural Issues of agriculture, countryside and peasants. Meanwhile, the urban renewal is also of great significance in the urban and rural development. Since one of the author works as the curator of the 3rd China Design Exhibition and Public Art Thematic Exhibition -"Urban and Rural Construction", this paper follows his curatorial idea to interpret the role and function of the public art in the urban and rural integration, by comparing and analyzing the cases of urban renewal and rural reconstruction from artists, architects and academic crews. Attempts to approach the new measures for the public art to improve the living environment and lifestyles in city and countryside are also made.
