The impression of the Moscow Metro is generally very luxurious, largely because of its decorative art with the strong style and characteristics of the Soviet era. These public art witnessed a great era of elapse. But it is not objective and comprehensive to assume that the public art of the Moscow Metro stays only in the Soviet era. In fact, the design of Moscow subway is constantly updated and changed with the change of the times, and the public art of the subway has changed from the early literary and narrative subway decoration to the contemporary architecture and public art.
