The concept of innovation-driven development is a new concept that takes promoting knowledge-based economic development as the main goal, transforming the drivers of economic development as the fulcrum, and improving the contribution rate of science and technology to economic development as the key measure. Under the guidance of the concept of innovationdriven development, we should pursue the value of making China strong in publishing and the value of increasing the cultural soft power;imrpove the mechanism for stimulating development to transform the traditional publishing industry into a new type of publishing industry as a strategic orientation;speed up the integration with new media and implement the structural adjustment on the supply side as a fundamental objective, so as to promote the integrated development of the publishing industry.
