摘要 介绍了一种基于UG和ANSYSAPDL语言进行断路器灭弧室运动过程中电场仿真计算的方法及其实现过程。通过在UG中建立分析关联模型,生成中间格式导入ANSYS,通过APDL分析程序,实现断路器灭弧室开断过程中电场仿真计算的一体化运行,极大地减少了运动过程中电场重复建模和计算次数,得到电场强度和开断距离之间的关系,从而快速确定试验所需的分合闸速度。该方法可以实现对新产品灭弧室多种结构开断过程电场的快速计算,通过与成熟产品结构的电场对比,为新产品开断试验提供依据,从而提高新品设计研发的效率。 A method is introduced to calculate the dynamic electric field of the arc-extinguish chamber in the circuit-breaker based on UG and ANSYS APDL. Through to establish analysis model and generate intermediate format in UG, which is imported into ANSYS. The arc-extinguish chamber continuous run in the process of electric field simulation of breaking operationis realized by using APDL analysis program, which can greatly reduce repeat modeling and calculation times of the movement of electric field. The relationship between the electric field intensity and breaking distance is obtained to confirm the opening & closing speed quickly needed by the test. This method can be used to calculate the electric field fast in the breaking process of multiple structures of a new product, and improve the efficiency of a new product design and development through providing the basis for breaking test of the new product by comparing with the mature products.
