摘要
静电除尘器被广泛应用于工业领域及家庭空气净化中。针对除尘电源负载的不确定性、非线性和时变性的特点,以及高频变压器杂散参数的不确定性等问题,釆用LCC谐振变换电路,合理利用高频变压器杂散参数,减小设备体积,同时引入基于PID控制的移相调压控制方法实现设备在复杂工况下的稳定工作,使功率器件工作在软开关状态下,提高了工作效率。仿真和试验证明,该电压调制方式改善了静电除尘高频高压电源工作的动态性能,使除尘系统具有更好的鲁棒性。
Electrostatic precipitator (ESP) is widely used in industrial as well as household air purification. In order to solve a serious of problems, such as the uncertain, nonlinear and time-varying characteristics of the load of electrostatic precipitators, and the uncertainty of stray parameters of high frequency transformer. Some measures are taken. For example, LCC resonant transformer circuit is adopted to make rational use of stray parameters of high frequency transformer and reduce the volume of equipment. At the same time, a phase shift voltage control method based on PID control is introduced to realize the stable operation of the equipment under complex working conditions, also to make power devices work in the soft switch state, improving the working efficiency.The results of simulation and experiment show that the control method can improve the dynamic performance of high frequency and high voltage power supply for electrostatic precipitators, and the system is robust and better。
