摘要
通过实验研究启动噪音各因子贡献量,指出直冷冰箱启动噪音主要由共振噪声和阀片机械噪声组成。理论分析了各种噪声的产生机理,通过改变压缩机脚垫阻尼比及管路形状可优化低频共振噪音,针对高频机械噪音则可以通过改善阀片厚度来达到。实验验证了各个改善方案对启动噪音的影响,证实了理论分析的结论。对后续冰箱的开发和噪声改善,提供了相应的设计依据。
Through the experimental study on each factor of refrigerator starting noise. We found that the starting noise of refrigerator is mainly composed of resonant noise and the mechanical noise. According to the mechanism of the noise generation we can change the damping ratio of compressor pad and pipeline shape to optimize the low frequency resonance noise. For high-frequency mechanical noise, it can be achieved by improving the thickness of the valve plates. The experiment results verify the effect of each improvement scheme on the refrigerator starting noise and also confirmed the conclusion of theoretical analysis. The conclusion of this paper provides the corresponding design basis for the development and improvement of refrigerators.
