高速公路中面层泡沫沥青混合料路用性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了高速公路中面层温拌泡沫沥青混合料的各项路用性能。以AC-20C连续型密级配为基础,采用相同油石比与SBS改性沥青的条件下,通过浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、冻融循环试验、车辙试验,并结合现场钻芯法路面压实度检测,分别对温拌泡沫沥青混合料与热拌改性沥青混合料进行水稳定性、耐久性、高温稳定性及路面压实度的对比试验研究。结果表明:与常规热拌混合料相比,温拌泡沫沥青混合料能将平均生产温度降低20~30℃,其水稳定性与耐久性略低,高温稳定性较高,施工路面压实度两者基本一致,以上性能均满足技术规范要求。 The application of foamed asphalt mixture to the pavement performance of the expressway was researched in the paper. Based on the AC-20C continuous dense graded aggregate, the comparison research on water stability, durability, high temperature stability and road surface compaction degree of warm mix foamed asphalt mixture and hot mix modified asphalt mixture was carried out by immersion Marshall test, freeze-thaw splitting test, freezing and thawing cycle test, rutting test and core method pavement compaction test in condition of using the same bitumen-aggregate ratio and SBS modified asphalt. It was shown that the average production temperature decreased 20-30℃,the water stability and durability slightly decreased and the high temperature stability increased with compaiing to the conventional hot mix modified asphalt mixture. The compaction degree of construction road surface in both cases coincided well. All of them could meet the requirements of specification.
