京张高铁官厅水库特大桥健康监测系统设计 被引量:6

摘要 官厅水库特大桥是京张铁路中的关键控制工程,采用8-108m简支拱型钢桁梁的结构形式和拖拉顶推施工技术,是目前我国高铁桥梁中的一种特殊类型。由于大桥结构复杂且施工工艺较为特殊,为确保大桥在运营期间的桥梁结构安全并掌握性能变化规律,拟针对大桥建殳长期健康监测系统。针对大桥的主要技术特点,系统介绍了大桥健康监测系统的总体构架、测点优化布置、监测内容及监测方法、信号采集与处理等内容,提出了大桥挠度、振动、应力应变及环境参数的监测方法和监测技术,完成了数采系统方案设计和健康监测评估系统构架,形成了一套完整曲大跨度钢桁梁拱桥健康监测系统方案,研究成果可为我国类似工程提供参考。 Guanting Reservoir Bridge is the key engineering in Beijing-Zhangjiazhou High-speed Railway. The main bridge structure is the 8-108 m simply-supported arch steel truss beam by dragging and launching technology. Guanting Reservoir Bridge is a special type of high-speed railway bridges in China. Because of the complex structure and the special construction technology, in order to ensure the safety of the bridge structure and grasp the law of performance change during operation, a long-term health monitoring system was proposed for the bridge. According to the main technical characteristics of the bridge, the author systematically introduced the overall framework, optimal layout of the measuring points, monitoring contents and methods, signal acquisition and processing of the bridge health monitoring system, proposed the monitoring methods and monitoring techniques for deflection, vibration, stress and strain and environmental parameters, developed the scheme design and health monitoring and evaluation system framework of the data acquisition system, and formed a complete set of long-span steel truss arch bridge health monitoring system scheme. The research results could provide reference for similar projects.
