摘要
高铁路堤不像桥梁结构的地基基础那样能够立于稳定的持力层上,受施工质量、工期和自然环境因素影响较大,易造成地基或路基填筑主体部位软弱,极易出现不均匀沉降等病害,进而影响行车的平顺性和安全性,由于受轨道结构属性的限制,轨面沉降修复工作成为难点问题。针对运营条件下的高速铁路某站场路堤轨道面沉降病害,积极分析成因并寻找可靠对策,采用并改进路基基底及路堤主体注浆加固技术和轨道板注浆抬升及纠偏技术,从施工过程中材料和工序质量控制、过程管理和后续的检测评价等方面进行介绍和总结,确保线路平顺和运营安全,恢复轨道扣件系统调整能力,以期能够为类似工程实践提供参考借鉴。
The high-speed railway embankment is not as capable of standing on a stable bearing layer as the foundation of the bridge structure. Being affected by the construction quality, construction period and natural environment factors, it is easy to cause weakness in the main part of foundation or subgrade filling and uneven settlement, which will affect the ride comfort and safety of driving. Due to the limitation of track structure properties, the repair of rail surface settlement becomes a difficult problem. Aiming at the settlement disease of embankment track surface in a high-speed railway station under operating conditions, this paper actively analyzed the causes and seeks reliable countermeasures, adopted and improved the grouting reinforcement technology for subgrade base and main body of embankment as well as the grouting lifting and rectifying technology of track slab. Then, the paper made an introduction and summary about the quality control of materials and procedures in construction, process management and subsequent testing and evaluating, which ensured the smooth and safe operation of the line, and restored the adjustment ability of the track fastener system, hoping to provide a reference for similar engineering practice.
