摘要
研发了一种满足智能变电站检修信号验收上送要求的综合告警策略,对智能变电站总控装置的信号转发模式进行双重化配置,在设备正常检修时采用模式一不上传检修信号以避免检修信号对通道的占用和干扰正常监控,在设备需要验收时采用模式二上传检修信号以实现监控对检修设备保护的全回路验收。该策略的应用,增强了电网的抗风险能力,提高了供电可靠性。
An integrated alarming strategy which is sufficient to accept and report the inspection signals was developed. The signal reporting mode of the smart substation general control device was designed differently according to two different conditions. If the device was under normal inspection, Mode One will be adopted and the inspection signal would not be reported avoiding creating a busy signal line and interfering in the normal monitoring. If the device was to be accepted, Mode Two will be adopted and the whole loop acceptance of the inspection device would be achieved. Therefore, the application of this strategy enhanced the anti-risk capability of the power grid and in the meantime, improved the reliability of the power supply.
