摘要 为解决预制舱式变电站推广过程中存在的舱体受锈蚀问题,提出一种"高耐候防腐技术"。为了验证该技术可行性,按国家规范进行了试验测定。经实际工程验证,各预制舱均未出现受腐蚀现象,该技术可实现在C4大气环境腐蚀作用下25年使用年限的目标。 In order to improve the corrosion resistance of precast cabins to develop prefabricated cabin substations, a high weatherproof and anticorrosion technology is put forward in this paper. To verify the feasibility of this technology, the test and measurement are carried out according to the national standards. After the actual engineering verification, tests show that the technology has excellent performance. There is no corrosion phenomenon in each prefabricated cabin. This technology can reach the target of 25 years of service life under the atmospheric corrosion of C4.
