双端面泵浦Tm:YLF晶体热焦距理论分析与实验研究

摘要 对于给定的激光晶体,计算和测量特定泵浦功率下的热透镜参数,可以优化谐振腔参数,实现谐振腔模式匹配,增加激光器转换效率。对于再吸收比较强的掺Tm准三能级系统,谐振腔模式匹配是实现激光器高效运行的关键因素。鉴于热效应在端面泵浦高功率固体激光器中的重要性,本文从理论和实验上对端面泵浦Tm:YLF激光器的热透镜效应进行了理论分析和实验测量,为高效率、高功率Tm:YLF激光器的实现提供了重要设计参数。 For a given laser crystal, the calculation and measurement of the thermal lens parameters at a specific pump power can optimize the resonator parameters, achieve the mode matching of the resonator, and increase the laser conversion efficiency. For TM-doped quasi-three-level system with strong reabsorption, mode matching of the resonators is the key factor to realize high efficiency of the lasers. In view of the importance of thermal effect in end-pumped high-efficiency solid-state lasers, the thermal lens effect of end-pumped Tm: YLF lasers is theoretically and experimentally analyzed and measured in this paper, which provides important design parame? ters for the realization of high-efficiency and high-power Tm : YLF lasers.
