摘要
GJB5000A在当前部分单位执行中存在问题,其主要原因是瀑布模型的错误使用。一个比较好的解决办法是将敏捷优秀实践引入GJB5000A体系,对军工软件研发质量体系进行改进。文章分析了在改进过程中可能出现的问题与困难,并提出了具体的落实办法与步骤。
GJB 5000A have executive problems in some organizations. The real cause of the problems is the incorrect use of waterfall model. A better solution is obtained by blending the agile method with GJB 5000A, and by improving software quality system. In this paper, it analyzes the possible problems and difficulties and presents concrete implementation methods and steps.
