某型铝合金波导工艺优化

摘要 文章介绍了一种铝合金直角弯波导的加工方法,由于设备限制将波导分为腔体及盖板两个零件,采用手工火焰铝钎焊的方式将其焊接成一体。焊接完成后发现波导内壁出现大量钎料,无法满足设计要求,对此文中经过原因分析后提出相应的解决方案,并逐一分析验证。结果表明,采用清除多余钎料或提高表面粗糙度等无法生产出满足要求的波导,而增加盖板的宽度,最终能够得到满足要求的波导。 A processing method of aluminum alloy rectangular waveguide is introduced in this paper. Owing to device limitation, it is divided into two parts, the chamber and cover plate, and is welded together using manual flame brazing technique. Then a great number of solder are discovered and cant meet design requirements. So the corresponding solution is presented and verified after analysis. The results show that the waveguide is unqualified by whether removing the spare solder or increasing surface roughness, but the waveguide that satisfies the requirement is obtained by increasing the width of cover plate.
