摘要
文章分析了一种薄壁酒杯零件的工艺特点和加工难点,并根据零件特点制定了合理的加工工艺方案,针对工艺难点如材料车削性差、壁薄、直径大,装夹困难等问题,釆取了相应的工艺措施,经产品试制验证,措施有效。
The technological characteristics and processing difficulties of a thin-walled wine cup part are analyzed. According to the characteristics of the parts, a reasonable processing plan is worked out. In view of the technical difficulties such as poor turning performance of materials, thin wall, large diameter and difficult clam? ping, corresponding technical measures have been taken, which have been proved to be effective by trial production of products.
