The image of the Yellow Emperor shaped by historical documents and literary works together,is the head of “Three Emperors and Five Sovereigns”and first ancestor of Chinese nation since the age of legends.Mainly in the pre-Qin times,his image was embellished and magnified to be the greatest character in the principle aspects such as ethnic,deity,politics,and orthodoxy.Thereafter,all kings and subjects think themselves as descendants of the Yellow Emperor.No matter what the historical truth is the Yellow Emperor,his image has been the super totem and common faith of the unified multinational China,which maintains and promotes the ideal and practice of the Huaxia ethnic group.In all,the image of the Yellow Emperor is a precious wealth of Chinese nation which could also benefits the world and later generations.
