Development of Simulation Silk Interwoven Products with fine Denier Polyester Filament and Tencel Yarn

根据细旦涤纶长丝和天丝性能特点,通过市场调研,设计一款仿真丝交织物。通过理论分析和生产实践,拟定了络筒、整经、浆纱、并轴和织造工艺。新设计的仿真丝交织物在实际应用中产生良好的效果,入库一等品达到99.5%,质量稳定,仿丝绸效果良好。文章表明,选择具有丝绸风格的原料,合理制定生产工艺,是生产仿丝绸织物的前提。

According to the performance characteristics of fine denier polyester filament and Tencel,a silk-like interwoven fabric was designed through market research.Through theoretical analysis and production practice,winding,warping,sizing,drawing and weaving processes are worked out.The newly designed silk-like interwoven fabric has achieved good results in practical application,with 99.5%of the first-class goods in storage,stable quality and good silk-like effect.The article shows that the selection of raw materials with silk style and the rational formulation of production process are the prerequisites for the production of silk-like fabrics.
