鲍威尔棱镜对高斯光束整形的设计研究

摘要 条纹管激光成像雷达系统中,要求输出光束变换成扇形均匀线光向目标发射。激光光源发射的原始激光束通常为圆高斯分布形态,要实现系统方案要求的宽视角扇形光束,必须对输出光束进行光学整形。本文通过对5种整形方案的分析比较,确定采用鲍威尔棱镜将激光器发射的光束进行一字线展宽,并利用zemax软件进行仿真分析,最终实现10。全视场均匀线光输出,输出光斑均匀性83.2%,证明了该方案的有效性。同时为避免大功率激光对鲍威尔棱镜光学元件的损伤,实际工程中采用三路激光分束拼接实现30。全视场均匀线光输出。 It is necessary to transform Gauss beam into uniform sector line beam to emit in single-slit streak tube imaging lidar system. The original laser beams emitted by laser light source is often circular Gaussian distribu? tion. To achieve sector line beam with wide viewing angle, it is necessary to shape output beam. The paper determines the powell lens is employed to broaden the beam emitted by laser device through the analysis and comparison of five methods and the simulations are made using zemax software. Finally, the uniform full-field line beam output of 30 degrees is given and the uniformity of optical sport is 83.2%. In engineering, assembled beam splitting of three laser paths are used to achieve uniform line beam propagation for lager than 30 degrees fields to avoid the damage of high power laser on powell lens optics.
