高精度光电伺服转台结构设计与模态分析

摘要 根据光电设备的性能指标要求,设计了一种高精度光电伺服转台。该设计采用小型化、模块化设计理念,选取典型的俯仰一方位型两轴转台结构形式。运用Creo软件建立转台三维模型,并对轴系精度进行分析;运用ANSYS分析软件对三维模型进行模态分析,得出转台前6阶模态的固有频率和振型。试验结果及实际使用效果表明,光电伺服转台的结构设计能满足设计指标要求,并为光电伺服转台的开发设计起到了借鉴作用。 A high-accuracy electro-optical servo turntable is designed in this paper according to the performance requirements for electro-optical equipment. The design selects the typical pitching-azimuth and two - axle turntable construction based on the miniature and modular idea concept. Whats more, Creo software is used to develop a 3D model and the shafting accuracy is analyzed;ANSYS software is employed to carry out modal analysis of the 3D model, and the first 6 order natural frequency and vibration mode of servo tracking turntable are obtained. The test results and the actual effect show that the structure design of the electro-optical servo turntable could satisfy the design requirements and provide theoretical foundation for the design of electro-optical servo turntable.
