摘要
为解决车牌被污损情况下的识别问题,文章提出了一种分步图像处理技术,通过在现有的车牌上添加RFID标签的方法,设计了一个针对污损图像的新型识别系统,可以有效做到对图像识别中无法识别的信息进行补充和还原的作用,对于车牌辅助识别具有重要的意义。
This paper proposes a distributed image processing technology to solve the problem of stained cases of license plate recognition, and designs a recognition system for defaced images by adding RFID tag to the existing license plate. This system can effectively complement and restore the unrecognized information in image recognition and have significant meanings for license plate recognition.
