层次分析法在功放设备健康状态评估中的应用

摘要 功放设备广泛应用于测控、雷达及通信系统中,对其健康状态进行评估有利于做出正确的维修决策,也是设备健康管理工作的基础。本文提出了一种基于层次分析法的健康状态评估方法。该方法基于实测数据和历史统计数据,建立各层次的判断矩阵并计算权重向量,对各层次状态评分加权求和,最终确定功放设备整体健康状态。 Power amplifier is widely used in measurement and control,radar and communication systems. The evaluation of its health state will be of benefit to maintenance and is also the basis of equipment health management. In this paper, a health state evaluation method based on AHP is proposed. Based on the measured data and historical statistical data,the method determines the judgment matrix of each hierarchy and calculates the weight vector and the weighted sum of each layer and finally determines the overall health state of power amplifier.
