影响复层建筑涂料粘接强度测试结果可靠性的因素研究

Study on factors of affecting reliability of bonding strength test results of multi-layer coatings for architecture

基于GB/T 9779—2015《复层建筑涂料》标准,探讨了试验过程中底材质量、底漆、试件粘接情况、试件破坏形式等因素对复层建筑涂料粘接强度测试结果的影响。结果表明,底材表面致密平整、底材合理的含水量、涂布底漆、胶粘剂用量适中时,可提高测试数据的均匀性和可靠性;粘接破坏形式的多样性容易造成粘接强度测试数据均匀性和可靠性变差。上述结果有助于提高检验人员在该项检测判定的准确性。

Based on the standards of GB/T 9779-2015"Multi-layer coatings for architecture",this paper discussed the effects of the substrates quality,primer,sample bonding,and sample failure mode on the bond strength test results.The results show that the uniformity and reliability of the test data can be improved when the surface of substrate is compact,the water content of substrate is reasonable,and the amount of coating primer and adhesive is moderate.The diversity of bond failure mode could result in poor uniformity and reliability of bond strength test data.These results can help to improve the accuracy of the inspectors’judgment in this test.
